Monday, Wednesday, Friday:

6am,  9:30am,

 12pm, 3:30pm, 4:30pm, 5:30pm

Tuesday, Thursday:

 9am, 12pm, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm

Saturday:

7:30am, 8:30am

Sunday:

Weekly Sweat Session!

Classes are one hour including warmup, workout, and stretching.
